I often receive calls from individuals who are in a panic because they forgot to appear in court. Among the things to remember in such a case, the first and most important is that you don't make the situation worse by delaying dealing with it. Second, don't call the court until you speak with an attorney. It is very possible that an attorney may be able to bring you before that judge on a different date and have the warrant that was probably issued in your case set aside, allowing your case to proceed.
